Picture drinking your first cup of coffee, sitting on one of the swing chairs and looking at paradise every day of your vacation! Then hear the calming sounds of the ocean and feel the cool breeze! The most common comment first said by most of our guests who have visited this wonderful house named Kerribeanview on the east side of the beautiful island of St Croix, Virgin Islands is exactly this ” What a view! And the next thing most of our guests do is send pictures to all of their friends and family making them envious! Or maybe you wake up in the morning and decide to put your swim suit on and go outside your bedroom door and jump right in the pool! It has a pool bar and drinks and beverages can be served to you without getting out of the water!
The house has four large bedrooms, each with its own shower and bathroom and door that lead to the pool. Two have a king bed and two rooms have two Queen beds. The sleeping capacity of the house is fourteen people. The King bedrooms have their own mini fridge and microwaves, along with a coffee maker. Again each room in the house leads out to a beautiful view of the oceans and the wonderful ocean sounds and breeze!

Kerribeanview friends and family rental package is from Saturday through Saturday. It consists of seven days and seven nights stay at this wonderful house overlooking the ocean! Check in is the first Saturday at 4pm and check out is 11am the following Saturday.
Rental Price $5,500 for the week, all fees included!
The house sleeps up to fourteen people with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and showers and a half bathroom upstairs in the kitchen. If the house is available it can be rented for more than a week, depending on how long you want to stay.
The rental fee of $5,500 breaks down to less than $200 per night per room! Now that’s value for a wonderful vacation!
The house has parking for up to four vehicles comfortably
Rental vehicles are available on the island and taxi and uber service is also available on the island.
Kerribeanview will not be pulled off the market until the reservation is made and payment is required in full when making the reservation. Then the rental period chosen is blocked off from anyone else trying to reserve that particular time.
Kerribeanview is listed on other sites and is available on a first come first serve basis. The friends and family deal offered is quite a bit less that these prices listed on these sites. Our suggestion is to visit with your family and friends and contact Kerry when you would like to come for a stay. Then he can help you lock in a reservation with what dates are available.
Popular amenities to Kerribeanview are the spacious pool and pool bar with a spacious deck with a wonderful view, the sound of the ocean waves and a cool ocean breeze! Spacious besdrooms spacious showers and bathrooms are another feature of Kerribeanview.The washer and dryer are located in close proximity of the bedrooms.
A spacious wide open living room area and kitchen area are another unique feature of the house. The open doors to the upper deck provide a wonderful view, and the sound of the ocean and cool breeze also!

Kerribean view is offering some wow packages for November to open our next season! We are going to experiment with a bed and breakfast rental package where you can rent by the room or rent the whole house. Rent your pick of two rooms from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 4:pm and check out is the following Saturday at 11:00am. This package is available only for the month of November 2024 for $2,500.00! It has a two bedroom minumum. Rent the third bedroom the cost is $3,500.00! If you choose the two or three bedroom option, Kerry will stay in the fourth bedroom. If you rent the house the fee is $4800.00 No other fees are due! In December Kerribeanview is offering the first two weeks in December, starting with Saturday November 29th through Saturday December 13th for $4,800 per week! No other fees are due! These offers are on a first come first serve basis. The offer ends October 1, 2024. Then pricing will go back to our normal price for the season at $5,500 per week, no other fees due. Rooms and the house will only be blocked off once reservations are made. Kerribeanview requires the full payment on the rental at time of reservation. You can also contact Kerry for any other assistance needed or any questions you have regarding the island. The island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands is a US island and is a US currency for money. No passport is needed, to travel to the island. If you have a US passport it never hurts to bring it along.

Scuba Diving! Kerry is a certified diver and his main reason for building Kerribeanview in St. Croix was the diving experience. He has has many friends and family come to visit and enjoy what he and many others feel is some of the best diving in the world! Again feel free to contact Kerry about any questions about the diving wonders on the island. He loves to talk about diving for sure!
Snorkeling! Kerribeanview has snorkles and masks and many of our quests have commented that the beaches on the island offer great snorkling adventures. Then all you have to research after the beaches is Buck Island in the tourist attractions! All of our quests that have experience it say you have to check it out if you are in to snorkeling!
Point Udall! This is a picture of point Udall, which is the furthest point east in the USA. As the crow flies it is less than a mile further east than Kerribeanview. All of our guests have been here! A lot of them were there at sunrise and boasted seeing the sun rise first in the USA! New years Eve, Valentine’s day and Easter are the big events at point Udall and it is usually packed!
Then you are just minutes away from some awesome beaches, and one of the best hiking trails on the island! So bring your camera or phone and be ready to take some awesome pictures to show your friends and family!
